The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, salaried/exempt position earning $75,000 annually with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
What you will do:- Design and implementbehavior support plansthatenhance adaptive behaviors anddecreasechallenging behaviors resulting in sociallysignificant consequences for adults with intellectual and/ordevelopmental disabilities
- Participate in person centered planning and/or treatment team meetings to develop,reviewand update individual plans
- Observe individual behavior and completeinitialbehavioral assessments;determineindividual’s progress towards goals andmodifybehavior support plansas needed
- Develop and deliver training for staff, caregivers, families, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on behavior support plans and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs in accordance with agency, state, funder, BACB, and federal requirements.
- Determinedata needs; developreporting mechanisms for staff use in recording and reporting individual’s behavior
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to assess individual’s behavior,monitor individual’s progress, and adjust behavior plans as needed
- Conductin-service training and workshops which enhance staff and caregiver understanding and ability to provide active habilitation and effective behavioral programming
- Provide documentation and reports in accordance with agency, funder, professional, state, and federal requirements

- Maintain a healthy work-life balance with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Support meaningful clinical outcomes through a manageable caseload with 20 billable hours per week
- Focus on what you do best—providing clinical expertise and support. BCBAs provide clinical supervision to RBTs on their caseload but do not manage staff. Non-clinical supervision responsibilities are handled by leadership, allowing you to focus on outcomes
- Receive support maintaining your BCBA certification through access to continuing education opportunities, including local conferences, trainings, and professional development events
- Mandt and CPR/First Aid training provided by the St. Louis Arc at no cost
