Speech Language Pathologist – SNF | San Jose, CA
Location:
San Jose, CA (Split between two nearby facilities)
Setting:
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks (with option to extend or go permanent)
Pay Range: $2,300 - $2,500/week
Guaranteed
Hours:
36/week
Split role between two buildings (variety + flexibility)
Travel or permanent option available
Stable hours + consistent schedule
Great team environment
Active CA Speech Language Pathologist license
CCCs required
SNF experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
