BJC Health Care is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first point of contact for patients entering our facilities. You will register patients, verify insurance, schedule procedures and collect applicable payments while ensuring accurate demographics in MPI.
You will uphold HIPAA privacy standards, assist patients with preparation instructions, and communicate clearly with patients, families and co-workers to maximize reimbursements and minimize denials.
