- Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior
- Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans
- Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices
- Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism
- Patience compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician RBT certification before providing services
