- Hourly Rate: $58.96

- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders in a Long Term Care setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following all regulatory and clinical standards
- Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments and documenting outcomes appropriately
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and health team members
- Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory requirements
- Accurately record service minutes and clinical data in electronic documentation systems
- Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and ongoing training
- Support and supervise CFYs or student Speech-Language Pathologists, when applicable
- Ensure compliance with ASHA and state practice acts, ethics, and codes of conduct
- Current ASHA certification and active state licensure in Missouri
- At least 1 year of experience in LTC or equivalent setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
