Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches and emphasize hands-on training, individualized support, and professional growth.
Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 therapy, implementing plans, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBAs and families. A $20–$25/hour range is offered, with generous PTO and additional benefits.
