Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable Skilled Caregiver or CNA to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client. Expect a Tuesday–Friday 1:30 pm–8 pm shift and Sunday 1:30 pm–8 pm, with weekend differential. You will build routines, deliver high-quality, compassionate care, and support the client’s daily needs.
Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, companionship, and safe transfers. CNA experience and a valid license are required.
