Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Clinical Quality Specialist to advise medical staff and leadership on quality improvement initiatives. The role collects and analyzes data to monitor outcomes and cost effectiveness of performance programs.
Onsite Monday through Friday, the RN with a BSN and strong clinical background will lead performance initiatives, develop evidence-based standards of care, and report findings to frontline staff and departments.
