Responsible for documenting the provider dictated patient history, physical examination, family, social, and past medical history as well as document procedures, lab results, dictated radiographic impressions made by the supervising provider and any other information pertaining to the patient encounter.

Minimum :

• High School Diploma preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not mandatory.
• Recent clinic or medical office experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency of computer and ability to utilize electronic health record system.
• Proficiency of computer and ability to utilize electronic health record system.
• Must complete Medical Scribe Course upon hire. Provided by the FCC.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required

• Medical Terminology
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must have normal hearing and vision.
• Able to multi-task and perform duties under pressure.
• Adequate knowledge of computer usage
• Ability to tolerate viewing on computer monitor for extended periods of time.
