As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by implementing effective speech-language pathology treatments and therapies.

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech-language and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified deficits
• Provide speech-language therapy sessions to residents, including articulation, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans
• Maintain standards of professional practice and adhere to facility policies and procedures
