Seeking candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months with competitive pay and flexible hours.

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services and support our clients in achieving their goals.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with children with Autism and willing to learn.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before starting work.

• Services are provided in clients' homes or community‑based locations.
• All positions start part‑time.
• Candidates must be willing to commit to a 6‑month term.

• Education or early childhood development
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
• After‑school programs or camp counseling
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
• ABA therapy or experience with individuals with Autism
• Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
