Seeking trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who can commit to a minimum of 6 months. Competitive pay, flexible hours, and same‑day pay options available.

We are looking for enthusiastic RBTs to join our clinical team. In this role you will provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings. You will implement skill‑building and care plans, record session data using our electronic system, and collaborate with families to promote positive behavior and independence.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients.
• Implement evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and collaborate with families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before starting work.
• Willingness to learn, passion for working with children with Autism, patience and compassion.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

• Services provided in clients’ homes or community locations.
• All positions initially part‑time.
• Need to make a 6‑month commitment and are willing to change clients’ lives.
• Paid training provided for those without experience.
