Welbe Health is seeking Home Care Assistants to support seniors in their homes, delivering personal care and assisting the IDT with care planning. You will be assigned participants for a full workday, with travel between homes reimbursed and shifts adding up to an 8-hour day.
The role includes ADL and IADL support, vital signs, and aiding the Rehabilitation team with prescribed home exercise programs. BLS/First Aid and CNA/HHA credentials are preferred, with vaccination policy in place.
