Certified Medical Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. We are a Plastic surgery practice. Responsibilities include setting up operating rooms, assisting surgeons during operations, cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments, helping to prepare patients for surgeries and taking care of them after the procedures.

Outgoing personality and excellent bedside manners are a must since most of surgeries are performed under local anesthesia with sedation. Full time position. Experienced technicians only. Pay can be discussed at the interview based on prior work.

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
