After School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Up to $30/hr | Part-time Afternoons | Vista, CA

Up to $30/hr | Weekly pay | Monday to Friday afternoons | No nights or weekends

Join an after-school program as an After School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in Vista, CA.

This role offers steady weekday afternoons, with hands‑on behavioral support in a school‑based setting.

You will help students stay engaged, follow behavior plans, and participate successfully in after‑school activities.

What You’ll Do
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who need behavioral support in an after‑school program
  • Follow individualized behavior plans and IEP/504 goals during homework, activities, and transitions.
  • Apply ABA strategies to support positive behavior and social skills
  • Track student data and communicate updates to school staff and supervisors
  • Help maintain a structured, safe, and supportive after‑school environment
What You’ll Bring
  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ABA or special education experience preferred in school, home, or clinical settings
  • CPI certification is a plus, but not required
  • Patience, consistency, and a team‑focused approach to supporting student growth

This pay range represents Covelo Group’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
