Behavior Technician (BT) – School-Based | Up to $26/hr | Grass Valley, CA

Full-time or Part-time | Monday to Friday | No nights or weekends

• Earn up to $26/hr, paid weekly based on experience
• Monday to Friday school schedule
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more are available starting on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.

• Provide one-on-one or group behavioral support to K-12 students
• Reinforce positive behaviors and implement IEP or 504 plan strategies
• Track and document student progress daily
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and clinical teams

• High school diploma or GED
• ABA or behavioral support experience preferred
• Active BLS certification
• Ability to work consistently during school hours
