Location: Louisiana
Franciscan Health Lafayette Central is seeking a Home Health Hospice Aide to assist patients in home or inpatient settings under supervision of a licensed clinician. The role focuses on compassionate, high-quality care within the Franciscan Health system.
Shifts are typically Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with up to 75% travel. A CNA or HHA license, CPR certification, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license are required to perform duties and ensure patient safety across environments.
