Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Afternoon Shift Care Assistant – Private In‑Home Care in Odessa, MO. We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a client in her home.

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely
• Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable – essential for a 24/7 care schedule
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License

• Show up on time
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Run shopping and errands
• Provide medication assistance and reminders
• Ambulate and transport clients
• Provide companionship to clients
• Follow the care plan
• Document and chart care information
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co‑workers
