About

the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading our care team:
    Develop and implement effective care plans, guide staff in delivering high-quality care, and make informed decisions that promote resident well-being and quality of life.
  • Managing facility operations:
    Oversee all aspects of facility management, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance:
    Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws, and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams:
    Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Missouri
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
