Responsibilities- Transfer and position clients as needed.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical and mental conditions.
- Assist with skin care, applying over‑the‑counter lotions to prevent dry skin.
- Clean and maintain medical equipment, including power wheelchairs, hospital beds, shower chairs, and Hoyer lifts.
- Accompany clients outside the home for grocery, doctor’s appointments, or pharmacy errands.
- Prepare and clean up after meals.
- Perform basic home chores such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and laundry.
- Provide personal care assistance, including toileting.
- Help clients bathe and skillfully transfer them into a shower, using transfer equipment as needed.
- Assist with dressing and dressing changes.
- Offer companionship and conversation to support client well‑being.
- Day shift availability.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- At least 2 years of related caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
