Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our Pleasant Hill, MO location. As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on our team, you will play a critical role in helping our residents achieve their physical therapy goals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents
• Conduct patient assessments and implement treatment interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide education to residents and their families on physical therapy techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in in-service training and stay up-to-date with best practices in physical therapy

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field
• Current PTA certification in the state of Missouri
