Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents, including evaluation, treatment, and maintenance of treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment interventions for residents with various medical conditions and injuries
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in care plan reviews and contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings
- Develop and implement therapeutic programs to improve resident mobility, strength, and function
