Clinic Administrator

Arch Dermatology Institute is seeking an experienced clinic administrator. • HR Management – Staff Scheduling, Hiring, Training, Disciplinary actions and Remediation, Practice Compliance, OSHA/HIPAA, Security Risk Analysis
• Oversight of operations teams: medical staff, billing staff, receptionist staff
• Financials – Upload EOBs, Post Payments, Patient Billing Questions
• Practice Advertising & Online Reviews Management
• Patient Relations Management
• Supplies and Inventory Orders
• Monitoring Collections and Accounts Receivables
• Practice Productivity Reports

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Medical Clinic Compliance Knowledge - HIPAA, OSHA, MIPS
• Medical Billing and Insurance Claim Adjudication Knowledge & Understanding
• 2 years of administrative experience

Physical requirements include occasional mild-moderate lifting (20-40lbs).
