• Daytime Caregiver: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Willing to work 4 to 12 hour shifts in between)

Home Well is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented home care aides who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably  this role, you’ll provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client’s dignity, independence, and quality of life. We value team members who lead with kindness, communicate professionally, and take pride in making a meaningful difference.

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support daily activities and behaviors as needed
• Perform light housekeeping for a safe home

• Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferred
• Knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferred
• Ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy
• Meal prep and dietary awareness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Caregiving Experience 1-3 years preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance

Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO area. If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
