Applied Behavior Technician

• Work 1:1 with children ages two to nine diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders
• Implement natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT)
• Follow directions from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Facilitate play and social interaction
• Design and conduct daily small-group activities
• Provide comprehensive early intensive behavioral intervention based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Participate in daily contact, ongoing supervision, and support from BCBA and BCaBA supervisors

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior experience working with ASD population is preferred
• Prior experience working with children is preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to establish rapport with young clients
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 11:30a–6:30p, with team meetings Wednesdays at 11a
• RBT Certification for the higher pay rate is not required for the base role

Demonstrates expertise in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, including Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT), while fostering social interaction and play among children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Ability to collaborate effectively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and provide compassionate support to young clients.
