Make a Difference Every Day as a Mental Health Technician – Supporting Youth in Crisis Join our compassionate care team at our acute psychiatric hospital for children and adolescents, where you’ll help provide structured, trauma-informed support to individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges. As a Mental Health Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping young people feel safe, supported, and empowered on their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities Provide age-appropriate care and emotional support to youth and adolescent patients Support daily routines and group activities in a structured treatment setting Monitor patient safety and well-being through direct engagement and observation Collaborate with clinical team members and contribute to individualized care plans Assist with patient transportation and participate in de-escalation when needed Complete educational activities to support your ongoing professional development Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED preferred WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS At least one (1) year of psychiatric or hospital/nursing home experience preferred You’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You:
