Position: Lifestyle and Wellness Coach - Virtual Care Center (F/T Days)
Location: Chesterfield

Find your calling at Mercy!Mercy Lifestyle and Wellness Coaches play a key role in supporting patients through a wellness program focused on healthy lifestyle changes. Daily job duties include but are not limited to: facilitating class visits, delivering structured curriculum, documenting and monitoring participant progress and ongoing communication with attendees. This includes maintaining a supportive learning environment for participants by maintaining participant privacy, fostering a safe class space and escalating issues quickly to leadership.
Position Details:

Required:

One year in a patient facing setting.

• Preferred Licensure and

Experience:

LPN, RD, MA, EMT or minimum 1 year experience in a medical office or healthcare setting with EHR documentation and patient support responsibilities

• Must be comfortable presenting virtually to large groups of adults

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
