Busy, established medical practice with 3
surgeons is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and support practice growth. This role reports directly to the Practice Administrator
.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and workflow
• Manage, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff
• Coordinate provider , patient schedules and staff schedules
• Ensure excellent patient experience and service
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff performance
• Maintain compliance (HIPAA, OSHA)
• Assist with marketing and patient growth initiatives
• Collaborate with Practice Administrator

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a medical office (required)
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• E-clinical Works experience preferred
