As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing assistance with daily living activities. This Certified Medication Technician (CMT) requires a strong focus on attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as directed by the physician and according to established protocols
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and physicians
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Requirements
  • Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of Missouri
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
