Compensation- $62,000–$70,000 annually (depending on licensure and experience)
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Up to $18,000 in additional incentive earning potential

As a Therapist II in our residential treatment facility, you’ll provide clinical care to children and adolescents who need consistency, support, and someone in their corner. This is an on-site role because being present matters. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with youth, respond to their needs in real time, and work closely with the team supporting them each day.
You’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, and maintain clinical documentation.
We’re looking for a fully licensed LCSW or LPC who brings compassion, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine commitment to helping youth heal and grow. Your presence, expertise, and ability to connect with young people can make a meaningful difference in their lives.
QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in social work or counseling
Required Licensure/Certification: LCSW, LMSW, LPC or PLPC
