** The Marketer’s primary goal of this position is to increase the facility’s daily census by cultivating relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, case managers, and discharge planners. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting in-hospital patient assessments, and ensuring a seamless, positive transition from acute care to our skilled nursing facility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) or current and active nursing license as an LVN or RN in the state of California
* 2–3 years of sales and/or marketing in healthcare, specifically long-term care or skilled nursing.
* Strong familiarity with the admissions process at a sub-acute/SNF facility, including understanding of patient insurance and payer sources (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care).
* Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
* Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn electronic medical record applications (e.g., Point Click Care)
* Current BLS certification
* This is a field-based position requiring travel within the local market to hospitals and clinics in addition to time in office, working on admissions and insurance related business activities.

Salary: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
