Travel Cath Lab​/EP Technologist - EP Lab

American Traveler is hiring an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist with at least 1 year of EP experience and ARRT, BLS, and ACLS certifications.

• Minimum of 1 year of EP experience including monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing
• Current ARRT (R), BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• CCI RCES and CCI RCIS certifications preferred
• License required if applicable
• Skilled in interpretation of dysrhythmias and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
• Experience with electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, AICD insertion/programming, pacemaker insertion, and tilt table studies
• Proficient in maintaining sterile field while scrubbing and serving as room circulator
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE use
• Able to provide age-specific care for middle adult and older adult populations

• Work in the Electrophysiology Lab performing cardiac cath lab and EP procedures
• 4x10 hour day shifts scheduled on random days each week
• No weekend or holiday coverage required
• Charting system experience required (any system accepted)
• Perform a full range of cardiac cath lab and EP procedures including ablations, mapping, cardioversion, and device implantation
• Work as part of a team responsible for circulating and scrubbing during procedures
• 13-week contract assignment
