Manages the daily operations of the Clinic and assists with in office procedures that are within scope of LVN License. Provides management of clinic. Assesses routine daily operations and initiates appropriate corrective action in order to maintain and improve services and patient care. Oversees staff that provides high quality, comprehensive and patient centered care and communication with physicians and other referral sources and clinical guidance to non-licensed personnel.

Works with various healthcare team members. Coordinates and ensures interdisciplinary educational in services for staff.

High school diploma or GED; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Associate’s Or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum one to three years practice experience or related experience.

Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance theory, and ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT Coding.

Licensed Vocational Nurse license required. BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) required.

Pay Range: $42.36 - $62.27
