Licensed Clinical Social Worker

• Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health therapy to individuals and families
• Work with clients from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and demographics
• Create a flexible schedule while meeting position requirements
• Focus on client care without billing, marketing, or administrative responsibilities
• Build and maintain a caseload with support from the organization
• Serve directly assigned clients without traveling between client locations
• Participate in individual and group clinical consultations
• Complete credentialing with organizational support when required
• Gradually increase clinical hours as the caseload is built

Requirements

• Must hold an active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the State of California
• Willingness to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and demographics
• Experience or interest in working with children under 12 is highly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians are highly encouraged to apply
• Ability to work at least 20 clinical hours per week for part-time employment
