Phoenix Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a local Veteran. This opportunity is about more than caregiving. It is a chance to honor a life of service by helping a Veteran remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

The hours of care needed require a caregiver with CNA certification and prior Hoyer lift experience. If you have the skills to provide hands‑on care and the heart to give back to someone who served our country, this could be a meaningful opportunity for you.

• Monday: 3 hours in the afternoon
• Wednesday: 4 hours in the afternoon
• Friday: 4 hours in the afternoon

• Assisting with personal care
• Helping with meal preparation
• Supporting daily routines and activities
• Providing companionship and encouragement

Pay rate
: $16/hour
