Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
High School Diploma/GED and age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain, and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Key DutiesProviding personalized care, supporting residents' well-being, effective communication with families and care teams, and enhancing residents' quality of life through meaningful engagement.
