Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient | Northern California

Compensation: $120k 1st year guaranteed total compensation, up to $160k+/yr

North Med Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy group across Northern California to hire full-time Physical Therapists (PTs). • Provide outpatient care as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based treatment focused on functional outcomes
• Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and support staff

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license-eligible in California
• DPT or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
