Outpatient Women's Health & Aesthetics NP​/PA Flex

A premier private women's health clinic in Arcadia, California is seeking a full-time WHNP, FNP, or PA for a multi-specialty outpatient role spanning gynecology, pelvic floor disorders, uro-gynecology, medical aesthetics, and functional medicine. The practice has built its reputation entirely on word-of-mouth referrals and individualized, high-quality care. Functional Medicine Certification (IFMCP or equivalent) and hands‑on functional medicine experience are required. The employer is flexible on years of experience for the right candidate — clinical quality and independence matter most.

• Perform gynecological and pelvic floor disorder visits, well-woman exams, family planning, and pre‑op and routine consults
• Apply functional medicine principles to evaluate root causes of hormonal, metabolic, and chronic health concerns
• Conduct urodynamics and office‑based aesthetic procedures
• Perform routine health assessments and preventive medicine services
• Order and review medications, labs, and imaging as clinically indicated
• Complete comprehensive and timely documentation in eClinical
  
  Works EMR
• Practice independently under MD supervision knowing when to elevate or refer
• Deliver aesthetic treatments and follow‑up care within scope

• Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license
• WHNP, FNP, or PA-C credential
• Current, unrestricted DEA certificate required
• Functional Medicine Certification (IFMCP or equivalent) required
• Demonstrated functional medicine clinical experience required
• OB‑GYN and women's health outpatient experience required; years flexible for the right candidate
• Comfortable practicing independently in a fast‑paced private practice

• $130,000–$160,000/year
