We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Shelbina, Missouri

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled OT interventions focused on improving independence and function
• Address activities of daily living, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with PT, PTA, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
