Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Outpatient Orthopedics
A clinic in Torrance is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their growing outpatient orthopedic clinic. This full-time position offers $36–$42/hour, a $5,000 education/student-loan benefit, $1,000 continuing education stipend, retirement matching, PPO health benefits, and paid time off.
You’ll provide individualized, evidence-based care under supervising PT plans of care while working alongside a collaborative team serving post-surgical patients, athletes, and active adults. New graduates are welcome and will receive structured onboarding, mentorship, and weekly one-on-one case reviews with a supervising PT.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions under established PT plans of care
- Manage an outpatient orthopedic caseload and communicate patient progress
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with PTs, aides, and front-office staff to support patient care
Qualifications
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
- California PTA license, active or pending - New grads are welcome to apply
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required
