Role:
Lead the development and execution of medical communications strategies for Revolution Medicines' oncology pipeline, focusing on solid tumors such as pancreatic cancer, NSCLC, and colorectal cancer.
Responsibilities:
- oversee publication planning, scientific messaging, external content creation, congress engagement, and internal education
- collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical, Research, and Commercial teams
- manage external vendors and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred
- 8+ years in Medical Affairs or Medical Communications within biotech/pharma
- expertise in publication strategy, medical writing, and regulatory guidelines (GPP, ICMJE)
- familiarity with clinical development, RWE, and stakeholder engagement
Preferred:
- experience in precision oncology
- launch planning
- digital communication tools
- team leadership

Work setup: location in Redwood City, CA; salary range $211K-$264K, with comprehensive benefits.
