Role
Regional Insights and Engagement Director, Central Rockies, focusing on Lung Cancer KOL engagement within the biopharma commercial landscape.
Responsibilities- develop and implement national strategic marketing plans
- build and maintain expert relationships with oncology KOLs
- support US launch activities
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access
- lead development of engagement and congress plans
- and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- BA/BS with at least 10 years' field-based marketing or TLL experience in oncology, preferably lung cancer
- proficiency in KOL development and strategic planning
- strong presentation and communication skills
- valid driver’s license
- willingness to travel (~65%).
- advanced degrees (MBA, PharmD, PhD)
- deep knowledge of lung cancer therapeutics
- product and competitive landscape expertise
- project management skills
- and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
High-value biopharma specifics include experience with launch strategies, oncology therapeutics, and KOL engagement in a regulatory-compliant environment. The role is field-based within the Central Rockies territory, emphasizing partnership with academic and clinical institutions.
