Role
Senior Director, HEOR/RWE leading health economics and outcomes research strategies for Revolution Medicines' oncology assets targeting NSCLC.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute global HEOR/RWE plans aligned with medical and development strategies
- Engage with payers and HTA agencies
- Shape evidence generation
- Communicate the value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Development, and cross-functional teams; lead partnerships with healthcare organizations and establish best practices in health economics methodologies
- Over 12 years of experience in pharma/biotech HEOR/RWE, with oncology expertise
- Proven publication record
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of managed care, formulary decision-making, and real-world data sources
- Experience with global product launches
- NSCLC-specific work
