Role
Associate Director responsible for Clinical Compliance and GCP systems oversight within Revolution Medicines' late-stage oncology clinical programs, focusing on RAS-targeted therapies.
Responsibilities- develop and implement GCP systems, clinical policies, SOPs, and training
- ensure inspection readiness
- support audit and inspection activities
- collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams on quality initiatives and continuous improvement
- oversee clinical study compliance
- manage line reports
- Bachelor's in biological sciences or health-related field
- 10+ years in clinical compliance, quality assurance, or clinical operations in pharma/biotech
- strong knowledge of FDA, ICH, GCP, and ex-US regulations
- proven experience in SOP development, oversight activities, and audit responses
- exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- oncology experience (early/late-stage)
- line management skills
- RN or master's degree
- familiarity with ex-US agencies
focus on GCP compliance, inspection readiness, and clinical quality in late-stage oncology trials, supporting RAS-targeted therapies.
Work Setuponsite in Redwood City, CA, with ~25% travel.
