Market Access Leader - South

Role:
Associate Director, Market Access Leader, focusing on securing and maintaining market access for radiopharmaceuticals and diagnostics across oncology, neurology, and cardiology indications.

Responsibilities:

• develop and execute strategies to optimize payer access
• engage with providers, IDTFs, and hospitals
• support site setup for new product launches including radioligand therapy
• monitor market conditions, payer policies, and access trends to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• extensive experience (field-based preferred) in coverage, coding, payment, and policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma
• strong understanding of US payer landscape, with specific experience in radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, or diagnostics advantageous
• self-motivated with ability to work independently and travel 60%+
• excellent stakeholder relationship skills.

Preferred: ability to operate in cross-functional teams, strategic decision-making, negotiations, and communication skills.

High-value: focus on radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, diagnostics, with emphasis on payer policy, reimbursement strategies, and product launch support.

Location:

US-based, field role with significant travel.
