Bio Phase Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to support a growing organization within the oncology/diagnostics space for one of our clients. This individual will provide end-to-end operational leadership for clinical studies and work closely with internal teams, CROs, vendors, and investigative sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinical studies from start-up through closeout
- Manage CROs, vendors, sites, timelines, budgets, and enrollment
- Identify study risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, Medical Affairs, and other teams
- Support study documentation, data review, database lock, and inspection/audit readiness
- Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with GCP, ICH, and applicable regulatory requirements
- 8+ years of clinical research experience within biotech, pharma, diagnostics, or a CRO
- 5+ years of CRA/Senior CRA experience
- Strong clinical trial management and vendor/CRO oversight experience
- Global study experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and clinical research regulations
