Float Paramedic

We are seeking Float Paramedics passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. This full-time role involves assessing emergency situations, utilizing advanced medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids. Paramedics communicate effectively with patients and family members, providing reassurance and information. They act as team leaders when necessary, managing scene and unit responsibilities, and driving ambulances during emergency responses.

Collaboration with healthcare and public safety personnel is essential, along with participation in community programs to promote positive relations.

• High school diploma or GED
• Kansas and Missouri Paramedic certifications
• Valid Driver's License
• BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
• Clean driving record and physical agility
• Healthcare experience preferred
