Role Overview
A Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. The position involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Responsibilities- Assist with ADLs and follow care plans
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents socially and support daily activities
- Support dining and maintain a clean environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- Create enriching experiences for memory care residents
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Paid training and opportunities for career growth are offered.
- Compensation ranges from $17.20 to $21.55 per hour.
