• Providing personal care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, eating and grooming
• Assisting with mobility and transfer activities, including wheelchair usage and ambulation
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Working collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
