Mercy Neighborhood Ministries Program Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, social work or health related field required
Experience:
5 years of health-related experience with demonstrated subject matter expertise.
Education:
Master's in Public Health or related field
Experience:
5 years of healthcare experience, experience developing programming that address health equity and social determinants of health, experience. CBISA data entry experience.
- Is knowledgeable of health assessments, screenings, and health equity programs.
- Can gather and collect data for financial purposes. Data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrates strong verbal, including public speaking, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse community groups and individuals.
- Demonstrates understanding of epidemiology and social determinants of health.
- Ability to develop strategic work relationships both internal to Mercy and externally with community-based organizations and regional partners.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word.
